The secondary analysis of results of studies evaluating impact of genetic, phenotype and behavioral factors on indices of population mortality was implemented. The database included accessible publications in print and e-format (MEDLINE, EMBASE, ISI, Web of Science) in Russian and English from 1990 to November 2015. The heredity apparently impacts life-span of a single individual.

State Research Center of Preventive Medicine, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, 10 building 3 Petroverigsky per., Moscow, Russian Federation, 101990.

Unlabelled: Endocrine ophthalmopathy (EOP) is a severe chronic autoimmune disease associated with autoimmune thyroid pathology that leads to loss of sight, cosmetic defects and quality of life decrease. EOP is difficult to give prognosis for due to various factors affecting its course and outcome.

Purpose: To develop a reliable and precise prognosis method for EOP activity and severity based on personalized combination of risk factors in specific patients by multidimensional linear regression modeling.

The study was carried out to analyze national and international publications evaluating impact of social factors on population mortality. The analysis was made on the basis of publications accessible in prints and electronic format (MEDLINE, EMBASE, ISI Web of Science) in Russian and English from 1990 to 2015. The results of generalized studies testify a valuable impact on standardized mortality coefficients of such factors as social support and social integration, higher level of education, higher social position, global peacefulness index, developed infrastructure.

The second analysis was implemented concerning results of study evaluating impact of environmental factors on indices of population mortality on the basis of hard copy and digital publications in Russian and English in 1990-2016. It is established that air pollution by tiny particles of different origin results in a reliable increasing of risk of premature death independently of level of economic development and geographical positioning of country. In European countries this occurrence conditions shortage of of life-span on 8-13 months.

The lipoproteins of low and high density are presented by heterogeneous specter of particles differing by size, density, charge, composition and functional characteristics. The prevalence of small dense particles of lipoproteins of low and high density in blood plasma is associated with higher risk of development of coronary heart disease. The identification of subfractional spectrum of lipoproteins in clinical purposes is complicated because of requirement of expensive equipment and reagents and extended time of implementation.

We studied the phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins in patients with coronary heart disease and hypercholesterolemia treated with simvastatin (Zocor, inhibitor of the key enzyme of cholesterol synthesis) and preparation of polyunsaturated phospholipids (lipostabil forte). Simvastatin produced a hypolipidemic effect and modulates the phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins (similarly to lipostabil forte). These changes contribute to functional activity of high-density lipoproteins in the reverse cholesterol transport.

We studied the phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins in patients with hypercholesterolemia before and after treatment with simvastatin. Individual phospholipids were separated by thin-layer chromatography on glass plates coated with silica gel. It was found that apart from hypolipidemic effect, simvastatin changed the concentration and phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins, which improved their cholesterol-accepting and cholesterol-transporting properties.

We studied phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins in patients with normo- and hypertriglyceridemia treated with various hypolipidemic preparations (simvastatin and fenofibrate). Both preparations changed phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins and improved their functional activity. The differences in the phospholipid composition of high-density lipoproteins were probably related to lipolysis of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins catalyzed by lipoprotein lipase and, in particular, hepatic lipase.

A system for evaluation of the ability of human blood serum to affect endothelial cell proliferation was developed and tested. The system based on incorporation of (3)H-thymidine into DNA was used to analyze the effects of hormone replacement therapy on endothelial repair and angiogenesis. Blood serum from 12 menopausal women less effectively activated endothelial proliferation compared to control donor serum.

The pharmacokinetics of nadolol in blood serum and its excretion in the urine were studied in 6 male patients (aged from 35 to 59 years) with arterial hypertension for 48 h and, respectively, 72 h after a single per os administration of nadolol in a dose of 80 mg in the morning (9.00 a.m.
