Background: CD30 expression is universal in anaplastic large-cell lymphoma and is expressed in some other peripheral T-cell lymphoma subtypes. For the first time, we suggest using leaf extract from Ocimum americanum as the economically viable bio-fabrication of copper nanomaterials. The residuals of leaf extract bio-capping provide the stability of the nanomaterials in-situ. Background: Medicare beneficiaries are increasingly enrolling in Medicare Advantage (MA), which employs a wide range of practices around restriction of the networks of providers that beneficiaries visit. Though Medicare beneficiaries highly value provider choice, it is unknown whether the MA contract quality metrics which beneficiaries use to inform their contract selection capture the restrictiveness of contracts' provider networks.

Alternate antibiotics developed through the involvement of nanomaterials are gaining interest due to their economical and lower toxicity concerns. A newly developed biopolymer-based polyvinylpyrrolidone/zinc oxide (PVP/ZnO) nanocomposite (NCs) was efficiently synthesized by an environment-friendly approach, utilizing onion and garlic peel extract as a bio-surfactant, zinc acetate as the source, PVP as the stabilizing agent, and sodium hydroxide as the precipitant. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) investigations verified the crystalline properties of ZnO, PVP, and PVP/ZnO-based NCs.

Acneiform eruption is the recognized dermatological side effect of sirolimus, an inhibitor of the mammalian target of rapamycin, although the pathophysiological mechanisms and dose dependency of this side effect remain unclear. This case report describes a case of a 40-year-old Japanese woman treated with systemic sirolimus who developed acneiform eruptions following the administration of clarithromycin. The acneiform eruption resolved after discontinuation of sirolimus and relapsed with the resumption.

The participation of women in space programs of increasing flight duration requires research of their reproductive system from the perspective of subsequent childbearing and healthy aging. For the first time, we present hormonal and structural data on the dynamics of recovery after a 157-day space flight in a woman of reproductive age. There were no clinically significant changes in the reproductive system, but detailed analysis shows that weightlessness leads to an increase in the proportion of early antral follicles and granulosa cells in large antral follicles.
