Objective: Exosome therapy has been theorized to be safer, more effective, and less cumbersome in replacing stem cell therapies for tissue repair and regeneration. There remains considerable uncertainty on whether exosome therapy is efficacious and safe for recovery from brain injury due to cerebral infarction. There is growing consensus that systematic reviews of data, from preclinical studies which yielded conflicting and confusing results, can provide valuable directions for novel therapeutic options for several clinical conditions.

Tele-audiology diagnostic testing services for children with disabilities in a school setting: A pilot study.

Objective: Children with disabilities (CWDs) having comorbidities face challenges in accessing and completing diagnostic hearing evaluations. This study was conducted to determine whether a tele-audiology diagnostic test battery can be administered to school-aged CWDs having comorbidities in a school-setting.

Introduction: This study aimed to assess the antimicrobial effect of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanocoating on aligners.

Anti-neuropathic effect of 7,3'-dihydroxyflavone in paclitaxel induced peripheral neuropathy in mice involving GABA, K channel and adenosine receptors.

Peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapeutic agents is the most common dose-limiting adverse effect observed in patients during and after treatment of malignancies. Many flavones have been reported to ameliorate neuropathy of different origin in experimental animals and their possible mode of action explored. The present study aims to investigate 7,3'-dihydroxyflavone for its anti-neuropathic effect against paclitaxel induced peripheral neuropathy in mice by employing behavioural tests such as mechanical allodynia, cold allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia.

Serum Magnesium Levels in Children With and Without Migraine: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Objective: To study the association between serum magnesium level and migraine in children.

Methods: This cross-sectional study enrolled children aged 5-18 years diagnosed with migraine, and age- and sex-matched controls without a headache disorder. International Classification of Headache Disorders 3 (ICHD-3) was used for the diagnosis of migraine.

The present study attempts to describe the changes in T/C level with behavioral and Cortical Auditory Evoked Potentials (CAEP) responses. Twenty participants using CI24RE (ST) implant with CP802 speech processor participated in the study.

Increased vocal intensity/ pitch to call attention of students and transact in the online class, inappropriate posture (head, neck & upper trunk) while using the laptop and other online tools cause vocal loading leading to voice related concerns in teachers. Tele voice assessment is a feasible alternative means to seek professional help in the current situation and possibly in the future too.

Aside from the good quality reads, the data could have a significant number of reads that fall slightly below the default PHRED quality threshold of 30 on sequencing.
