Background: Pneumothorax (PT) is defined as the presence of air in the pleural cavity. Primary spontaneous pneumothorax (PSP) arises in an otherwise healthy person without any underlying lung disease. PSP occurs in people aged 20 to 30 years, with a peak incidence in the early twenties.

Introduction Intradural extramedullary (IDEM) spinal cord tumors account for approximately two-thirds of largely benign intraspinal neoplasms. Background: Recurrent palatal fistula is a common complication of cleft palate repair. The main causes are poor surgical technique or vascular accidents and infection. Local flaps are not adequate for larger and recurrent fistula.
