Background: There is no evidence-based data to confirm the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Yangxin Decoction combined with Western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Therefore, in order to provide new medical evidence for clinical treatment, we used this protocol to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis on the effectiveness and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Yangxin Decoction combined with Western medicine in patients with CHD.
Methods: The systematic review protocol is registered in PROSPERO under registration number CRD42022372800.

Background: There is no evidence-based data to confirm the efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction (YYJD) in postoperative thyroid cancer patients. Therefore, in order to provide new evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment, we used this protocol to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of YYJD in postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.
Methods: This systematic review and meta-analysis has been prospectively registered in the PROSPERO (No.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of all lung cancer cases. The pathogenesis of NSCLC involves complex gene networks that include different types of non-coding RNAs, such as long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). The role of lncRNAs in NSCLC is gaining an increasing interest as their function is being explored in various human cancers.

Objective: To summarize the current evidence for 8 frequently prescribed Chinese herbal formulas (CHF) as treatments for angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and the associated adverse reactions.
Methods: Seven electronic databases were screened from their inception through July 2018 for all evidence related to classical CHF for the treatment of patients with CHD.
Results: CHF improves CHD outcomes in terms of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram results, Chinese medicine syndromes and biomarkers iomarkers.

Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common subtype of thyroid cancer; however, the specific genes and signaling pathways involved in this cancer remain largely unclear. The present study analyzed three profile datasets, GSE6004, GSE29265 and GSE60542, which were comprised of 47 PTC and 41 normal thyroid tissue samples, to identify key genes and pathways associated with PTC. Initially, differentially-expressed genes (DEGs) between PTC and normal thyroid tissue were screened using R 3.

Most non-small cell lung cancer patients with active epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation will eventually acquire drug resistant to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors, such as gefitinib, resulting in disease progression, which involves a variety of complex mechanisms. Up to now, the molecular mechanisms of long non-coding RNAs mediated EGFR-TKIs resistance remains poorly understood. This review aims to outline the current state of information on lncRNAs and progress on its role in EGFR-TKIs resistance in non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD) by integrating gene interaction network and functional enrichment analysis.
Methods: Text mining was used to get CHD and PNS associated genes. Gene-gene interaction networks of CHD and PNS were built by the GeneMANIA Cytoscape plugin.
