Purpose: To characterize the spectrum of uveitis in patients visiting three tertiary hospitals in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Methods: This study collected prospective and multicenter data from patients diagnosed with uveitis at three tertiary hospitals in Hanoi City, Vietnam, between January 2022 and January 2024. Data on age, sex, clinical and laboratory findings, and etiology were collected.

Plasma phosphorylated-tau217 (p-tau217) has been shown to be one of the most accurate diagnostic markers for Alzheimer's disease. No studies have compared the clinical performance of p-tau217 as assessed by the fully automated Lumipulse and single molecule array (SIMOA) AlZpath p-tau217. The study included 392 participants, 162 with Alzheimer's disease, 70 with other neurodegenerative diseases with CSF biomarkers and 160 healthy controls.

Third-generation sequencing platforms, such as Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT), have made it possible to characterize communities through the sequencing of long amplicons. While this theoretically allows for an increased taxonomic resolution compared to short-read sequencing platforms such as Illumina, the high error rate remains problematic for accurately identifying the community members present within a sample. Here, we present and validate CONCOMPRA, a tool that allows the detection of closely related strains within a community by drafting and mapping to consensus sequences.

Data from adults who underwent F-URS in 15 centers were prospectively analyzed (August 2023-January 2024). Exclusion criteria were ureteral stones, concomitant bilateral procedures, and renal abnormalities.
