The Tanner-Whitehouse (TW) method is more accurate, but cumbersome. A simpler method combining the above, such that it utilizes fewer bones without affecting accuracy, would be widely used and more applicable in clinical practice.

- The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) in distinguishing between Non-specific Granulomatous Mastitis (NGM) and Tubercular Mastitis (TBM).
- Results showed that both NGM and TBM primarily affected young women with unilateral breast lumps, but NGM was more likely to cause pain, and clinical and radiological findings often suggested malignancy, emphasizing the need for precise cytological evaluation.

Aims: To study the effects of dexmedetomidine on quality and efficacy of the epidural bupivacaine 0.5% for vaginal hysterectomies, by studying the onset of action, duration of action, highest dermatomal level achieved, degree of motor blockade, intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia and analgesia achieved.

We present a case of immunohistochemically proven primary mantle cell lymphoma of appendix that presented as a mass in right iliac fossa. The usual presentation of gastrointestinal mantle cell lymphoma is in the form of multiple lymphomatous polyposis. Mantle cell lymphoma has a unique immunohistochemistry and genetic abnormality.
