We report a case of anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive anaplastic large T-cell lymphoma (ALK+ALCL) presenting primarily as a sinonasal mass with pseudoproptosis in an 11-year-old boy. The diagnosis was based on histopathological and immunohistochemical (IHC) evaluation, which is indispensable for determining tumor type. On the basis of clinicoradiological findings, provisional differential diagnoses of angiofibroma and rhabdomyosarcoma were made.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical outcomes following treatment of distal radial fractures using intramedullary elastic wires with a combination of either cast immobilisation or external fixation.

Materials And Methods: A total of 42 patients (24 females and 18 males) aged 40 to 78 years who presented with displaced and unstable, closed or grade I open, extra- and/or intra-articular fractures of the distal radius were included in the study. The authors ventured to assess the perioperative factors, outcomes, and complications of each procedure and compare among them with 946 patients contributed by 10 centers and operated by experienced surgeons.
