Objective: To develop an effective method for percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy using gastropexy technology.

Material And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 260 ICU patients with dysphagia associated with neurological disorders between 2010 and 2020. All patients were divided into two groups: the main group (=50) - percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy with gastropexy, control group (=210) - surgery without fixing the anterior wall of the stomach to the abdominal wall.
