Objective: To explore the application value of digital tungsten-molybdenum double target three-dimensional positioning indwelling guide wire and guided surgical resection biopsy in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 168 patients with negative clinical palpation and molybdenum target X-ray examination found breast abnormalities were equally divided into two groups according to different surgical positioning methods. The control and observation group underwent gross positioning biopsy and digital tungsten-molybdenum dual-target three-dimensional positioning indwelling guide wire to guide surgical resection biopsy, respectively.

Methods: We retrospectively gathered data from minor ischemic stroke patients with NIHSS scores ≤ 5 within 72 h of onset from 2010 to 2018. The population was divided into four groups by initial antiplatelet therapy: aspirin monotherapy (AM), dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and a loading dose of clopidogrel (clopidogrel loading dose of 300 mg on the first day; DAPT-ALC), dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and no loading dose of clopidogrel (clopidogrel 75 mg daily, no loading dose; DAPT-AUC), and clopidogrel monotherapy (CM).

A fluorescent sulfur and oxygen co-doped graphitic carbon nitride quantum dots (S,O-CNQDs) were prepared from ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt dihydrate and thiourea as the carbon and sulfur sources. The morphology and surface functional groups of S,O-CNQDs were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The fluorescence of S,O-CNQDs could be quenched efficiently by Cuunder the optimum conditions.

Object: To explore the effects of occupational aluminum exposure on workers' cognitive function and blood glucose concentration, and to analyze whether blood glucose concentration can mediate the cognitive changes caused by aluminum.
Method: Our study recruited 375 workers from an aluminum factory in northern China. We collected the fasting elbow venous blood of the workers, measured their fasting blood glucose concentration (FBG), and used ICP-MS to determine plasma aluminum concentration (P-Al) as an indicator of internal exposure.

Objectives: To compare the effect of berberine and bicyclol on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
Methods: Chinese nonalcoholic and non-viral hepatitis patients with a hepatic lipid content > 13% and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease activity score (NAS) ≥ 2 were treated with 500 mg berberine thrice daily, together with dietary modification (low-fat diet) and Tai Chi exercise for 4 months (BT cohort; n = 112), or 25 mg bicyclol thrice daily plus dietary modification and Tai Chi exercise for 4 months (CT cohort, n = 145), or dietary modification and Tai Chi exercise for 4 months (DT cohort, n = 128).

Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation (LLIR) widely exists in human life and has been confirmed to have potential pathogenic effects on cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
