Purpose: Neonatal skin care practices guided by personal experience and preferences might be substantially different across different hospital settings. The aim of this consensus recommendation is to provide clinical practice guidance to healthcare practitioners on evidence-based neonatal skin care practices from delivery-to-discharge, in hospital settings.

Patients And Methods: A Scientific Advisory Board meeting on "Evidence-based Neonatal Skin Care Practices and Protocols" was held in December 2020 with an expert panel comprising neonatologists, pediatricians, obstetricians and gynecologists and pediatric dermatologist.

Introduction: Knee joint is not an uncommon site for penetrating injuries and a spacious articulation to accommodate foreign body. Extensive literature is available on removal of loose bodies and metallic foreign bodies from the knee joint with sparse documentation of unusual intruders.

Case Presentation: We report an atypical case of neglected glass fragment retrieved from the knee joint of 26-year-old male by arthroscopy, who presented to us 14 months after the index injury, in view of sudden onset excruciating pain following bike ride.

Purpose: The primary objective of the study was to understand the therapeutic inertia in treatment and management of plaque psoriasis among dermatologists, along with determining the preferred treatment choices for management of plaque psoriasis; it also included the resulting treatment satisfaction among patients. The secondary objective was to identify the gaps in terms of knowledge and attitude among dermatologists and the expectations of patients.

DiGeorge syndrome is afflicted with multiple congenital anomalies such as conotruncal and craniofacial anomaly, immune system dysfunction and hypoplasia/aplasia of parathyroid glands. Laparoscopy is a preferred surgical approach over open orchidopexy due to better visualisation of impalpable testis avoiding long incision, minimal tissue damage and a faster recovery. We report a case of DiGeorge syndrome with corrected tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia in a 1-year-old male child posted for laparoscopic orchidopexy.

With international groups volunteering to join, the "APASL ACLF Research Consortium (AARC)" was formed in 2012, which continued to collect prospective ACLF patient data. Background: Unilateral absence of pulmonary artery is a rare congenital abnormality with varied clinical presentations. We present a unique case of congenital absence of right pulmonary artery (RPA) with left pulmonary artery (LPA) origin stenosis without any intracardiac or extracardiac lesion and its long-term follow-up.

Case Summary: A 68-year-old woman underwent successful LPA stenting 23 years back for absent RPA and LPA origin stenosis.

Methods: We assessed the epidemiology of trends in acute kidney injury (AKI) in orthotopic cardiac and liver transplant recipients in the United States. We used the Nationwide Inpatient Sample to evaluate the yearly incidence trends (2002 to 2013) of the primary outcome, defined as AKI requiring dialysis (AKI-D) in hospitalizations after cardiac and liver transplantation.
