Background: Penile involvement is a rare, self-limiting, benign genital condition. In Mondor's disease the underlying pathology is thrombophlebitis of a superficial vein.
Case Report: In this case report, we want to present a rare Penile Mondor's disease with literature review.

Objective: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus. We aimed to evaluate the interleukin (IL)-6 gene polymorphisms in type 2 DN and control subjects.
Materials And Methods: The patients selected from the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism Diseases included 43 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without DN and 43 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with DN and 340 healthy normal controls.
