RNA modifications, such as N6-methylation of adenosine (m6A), serve as key regulators of cellular behaviors, and are highly dynamic; however, tools for dynamic monitoring of RNA modifications in live cells are lacking. Here, we develop a genetically encoded live-cell RNA methylation sensor that can dynamically monitor RNA m6A level at single-cell resolution. Layered transition metal oxides (LTMOs) are attractive cathode candidates for rechargeable secondary batteries because of their high theoretical capacity. Unfortunately, LTMOs suffer from severe capacity attenuation, voltage decay, and sluggish kinetics, resulting from irreversible lattice oxygen evolution and unstable cathode-electrolyte interface. A polyacrylamide gel method has been used to synthesize a variety of polyvalent-transition-metal-doped Ni position of high entropy spinel oxides (NiZnMgCuCo)AlO-800 °C (A) on the basis of NiAlO, and the catalytic activity of A is studied under the synergistic action of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation and simulated sunlight. The A containing polyvalent transition metals (Ni, Cu, and Co) can effectively activate PMS and efficiently degrade levofloxacin (LEV) and tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) under simulated sunlight irradiation. After 90 min of light exposure, the degradation percentages of LEV (50 mg L) and TCH (100 mg L) degrade by the A/PMS/vis system reach 87.

Purpose: This study explored the effect of four different smoking statuses (non-smokers, moderate smokers, heavy smokers, and former smokers) on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) among residents aged 15 years and older in Sichuan Province, China with consideration of potential differences among age groups (young, middle-aged, and older adults).

Introduction: This study explores how graduate students' mentorship homegate (or team) support (GSMTS) and challenging-hindering pressures impact their intrinsic motivation for research, identification with research roles, and innovative behaviors.

Methods: Data from 548 graduate students were collected using convenience sampling and analyzed using Amos and SPSS statistical software package via questionnaires distributed to universities in SiChuan province of China.

Result: The findings reveal that (1) research stress can not directly and positively predict innovative behaviors among graduate students, while intrinsic research motivation and research role identification mediate the relationship between research stress and graduate students' innovative behavior; (2) hindering research pressure negatively impacts the intrinsic motivation for research, whereas challenging research pressure has a positive effect; (3) GSMTS directly fosters innovative behaviors among graduate students, with intrinsic motivation and roles' identification for research as sequential mediators; and (4) GSMTS positively moderates the relationship between challenging research pressure and both the intrinsic motivation for research and role identity.
