Background And Objective: Neurobrucellosis is a rare neurological disorder characterized by diverse clinical manifestations. Although several relevant cases were reported, our understanding of this disorder is limited. In this study, we presented the clinical and imaging characteristics of four cases of neurobrucellosis.

However, growing evidence from arthroscopic studies indicates the existence of many SLAP lesions, especially those associated with superior glenoid humeral ligament (SGHL) injuries, that were not included in the initial classification.

Successful Treatment of Large Left Ventricular Thrombosis During Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO): A Case Report and Review of the Literature.

We report a rare complication of left ventricular giant thrombus in a patient with fulminant myocarditis after venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy. This case report offers simple anticoagulant treatment experiences to eliminate significant LV thrombosis in patient undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, so that patients do not need surgery.

How digital leadership adds affective commitment of new generation employees: an affective events perspective.

How do leaders' responses to the digital era affect new generation employees' affective commitment? As digital leaders have led to new ways of distributing digital resources and building virtual relationships, employees are facing a shift in the way of interaction, which influences their affective response to organizations. This study aims to understand how digital leaders interact with new generation employees to influence changes in employees' affective commitment to organizations. We have developed a chain mediating model and tested it on data collected from 408 new generation employees working in China.

Prevalence of infection in Chinese military personnel: A cross-sectional, multicenter-based study.

Background: () infection is a prevalent disease encountered in military internal medicine and recognized as the main cause of dyspepsia, gastritis, and peptic ulcer, which are common diseases in military personnel. Current guidelines in China state all patients with evidence of active infection with are offered treatment. However, the prevalence of infection and its regional distribution in the military population remain unclear, which hinders effective prevention and treatment strategies.

Prediction of clinical efficacy of acupuncture intervention on upper limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke based on machine learning: a study driven by DSA diagnostic reports data.

Objective: To develop a machine learning-based model for predicting the clinical efficacy of acupuncture intervention in patients with upper limb dysfunction following ischemic stroke, and to assess its potential role in guiding clinical practice.

Methods: Data from 1,375 ischemic stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction were collected from two hospitals, including medical records and Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) reports. All patients received standardized acupuncture treatment.

Thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute ischemic stroke: systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized trials.

Objective: To systematically compare the benefits and risks of all thrombolytic agents (tenecteplase, reteplase, and alteplase) at different doses for thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS).

Hydrocephalus is a neurological condition caused by aberrant circulation and/or obstructed cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow after cerebral ventricle abnormal dilatation. In the past 50 years, the diagnosis and treatment of hydrocephalus have remained understudied and underreported, and little progress has been made with respect to prevention or treatment. Further research on the pathogenesis of hydrocephalus is essential for developing new diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic strategies.

Health literacy assessment and analysis of influencing factors in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in Southwest China.

Objective: The main objectives of our study are evaluating the health literacy level among women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Southwest China and explore the influencing factors, using a multidimensional health literacy assessment scale (Chinese version of the HLS-14). Given that the HLS-14 has not been used in GDM previously, its reliability and validity testing was included as a secondary objective.
