Methylene blue was used for disc staining, and the herniated nucleus pulposus was excised through the annular tear.

The present study examined the effect of two dietary regimens with elevated salt concentrations (4% and 8% salt) on hemorheological functions of SD rats, and explored the underlying mechanisms mainly through microbiome-metabolome analysis. An 8% HSD substantially altered the hemorheological parameters, and compromised intestinal barrier integrity and reduced the short-chain fatty acid levels. The microbiome-metabolome analysis revealed that 49 genus-specific microorganisms and 156 metabolites showed a consistent trend after exposure to both 4% and 8% HSDs.

Results found that drug-containing serum of SLJGP promoted BMSCs viability with a dose-dependent effect. Under osteogenic differentiation conditions, SLJGP promoted the expression of ALP, OPN, BMP2, RUNX2, and the osteogenic differentiation ability of BMSCs.

Methods: This was a clinical comparative study. Twenty patients who underwent stretching therapy in Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital from June 2020 to August 2020 were randomly selected to carry out a control study on both lower extremities.

The stratified randomization method was used to randomize the 240 subjects into a treatment group and a control group in a ratio of 1∶1.
