Methods: This cohort study selected 3347 patients with low ovarian response and divided them into four subgroups according to the POSEIDON criteria: Group 1 (n=947), Group 2 (n=778), Group 3 (n=164), and Group 4 (n=1458). Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the role of TCM treatment on the CLBR of patients with poor ovarian response to POSEIDON criteria.

To investigate the impact of preoperative serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels on the probability of testicular sperm retrieval, we conducted a study of nonobstructive azoospermic (NOA) men with different testicular volumes (TVs) who underwent microdissection testicular sperm extraction (micro-TESE). Uterine dendritic cells (uDCs) are critical for endometrial function, yet their origin, molecular characteristics, and specific roles during the pre- and post-implantation periods in the human endometrium remain largely unknown. To establish a predictive model for clinical pregnancy outcomes following the transfer of a single fresh blastocyst in vitro fertilization (IVF). 615 patients (492 in training set and 123 in test set) who underwent the first single and fresh blastocyst transfer in the first IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycle performed in fertility centre of Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital from July 2015 to June 2021 were enrolled in this study. Conventional method such as logistic regression (LR), individual machine learning methods including naive bayesian (NB), K-nearest neighbours (K-NN), support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), and ensemble learning methods including random forest (RF), XGBoost, LightGBM, Voting were used to establish the clinical pregnancy outcome prediction model, and the efficacy among different models was compared.

Immune dysfunction in early pregnancy including overactivation of cytotoxic CD16 NK cells and proinflammatory M1 macrophages at the maternal-fetal interface interferes with trophoblast invasion, spiral artery remodeling, and decidualization, potentially leading to miscarriage. Immunosuppressants like glucocorticoids (GCs) are used to regulate the immune microenvironment in clinical treatment, but the lack of safe and efficient tissue-specific drug delivery systems, especially immune cell-specific vectors, limits their widespread clinical application. Here, a previously uncharacterized delivery system is reported, termed GC-Exo-CD16Ab, in which GCs are loaded into purified exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, and subsequently decorated with antibody CD16Ab.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a complex common endocrine disorder affecting women of reproductive age.
