As the scientific understanding of the intricate relationship between maternal analgesia and neonatal neurological outcomes continues to evolve, it becomes imperative to explore strategies aimed at optimizing this critical facet of obstetric care. This narrative review seeks to critically examine and synthesize existing literature on strategies for improving labor analgesia with a primary focus on their implications for neonatal neurological health. English studies from various databases were included, using keywords such as "childbirth analgesia", "labor pain management", "obstetric analgesia", and "neonatal outcomes", combined with "neonatal neurology" and "neonatal outcomes".

The article presents clinical observation of a patient with cryptogenic cirrhosis of the liver, a chronic diffuse progressive liver disease, which is manifested by structural rearrange¬ment of its parenchyma. Cryptogenic cirrhosis is cirrhosis of uncertain etiology that lacks definitive clinical and histological criteria for a specific disease. Cryptogenic cirrhosis accounts for nearly 5% to 30% of cases of cirrhosis and nearly 10% of liver transplants.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 176 patients with bronchial asthma in different phases of the disease with normal weight, pre-obesity and obesity were examined. The quality of life and psycho-emotional state of the patients was determined by the «Sent George Respiratory Question» and the Spielberger-Hanin and Beck tests.
Objective: The aim: To determine the difference between body composition and hemodynamics indices at baseline and after the weight loss program.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The subject of this study was 13 young women. The weight and body composition were measured by the bio-impedance method.

The aim was to study published reports of postoperative intra-articular calcaneus fractures non-union complications after ORIF, determinate the main reasons for such complications and study the ways to improve the treatment results/ We retrospectively studied anamnestic data, medical history from 2018, and the treatment process of our patient in 2019-2020 with calcaneus ORIF post-operative non-union.The patient was managed by secondary ORIF with autogenous bone marrow grafting after removal of broken retainers. At 6 months, the result was evaluated as good according to the AOFAS scale, (89-80 points for AOFAS).

Background And Objectives: The efficacy of commonly prescribed analgesic and adjuvant drugs for the management of patients with radiculopathy has not been well established. Oral steroids are commonly used to treat sciatica or radiculopathy due to a herniated disk but the effect remains controversial. L-lysine aescinate showed superiority over placebo or baseline therapy with NSAIDs alone in treating sciatica, but have not been evaluated in an appropriately powered clinical trial.

Chronic pancreatitis is one of the leading gastroenterologic disorders which is characterised by polymorphism of clinical manifestations, polyetiologic course and, usually, polymorbidity. The presence of such a combination of signs makes both diagnosis and treatment more difficult. This is why nowadays it is necessary to use a range of clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods of a diagnostic endeavour in order to make a diagnosis and determine the state of the pancreas.

Objective: Introduction: The question of the combination and combined influence of the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and many other chronic diseases of internal medicine, including diabetes, have not been studied enough. The aim: To investigate the changes in cholecystokinin (CCK) levels in blood serum of patients with GERD on the background of type II diabetes.
