Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) represents a significant health burden in Egypt, largely attributable to the endemic prevalence of hepatitis B and C viruses. Early identification of HCC remains a challenge due to the lack of widespread screening among at-risk populations. The objective of this study was to assess the utility of machine learning in predicting HCC by analyzing the combined expression of lncRNAs and conventional laboratory biomarkers.

Background: Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAC) is a disease of decimal prognosis, with around 50% of patients presenting with metastatic disease. Previous trials reported a high incidence of early onset pancreatic cancer (EOPAC) in Egypt, presenting about 25% of patients with PAC. The clinic-pathological features and prognosis of EOPAC needs more study.

Extra-skeletal osteosarcoma (ESOS) is a rare neoplasm that represents less than 2% of all soft tissue sarcomas. Common reported sites of involvement include limbs, retroperitoneum, chest wall and buttocks. ESOS arising primarily in parenchymatous organs are extremely uncommon, with the involvement of the urinary bladder is even rarer.
