The Tumor Immune Single Cell Hub 2 (TISCH2) is a resource of single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data from human and mouse tumors, which enables comprehensive characterization of gene expression in the tumor microenvironment (TME) across multiple cancer types. As an increasing number of datasets are generated in the public domain, in this update, TISCH2 has included 190 tumor scRNA-seq datasets covering 6 million cells in 50 cancer types, with 110 newly collected datasets and almost tripling the number of cells compared with the previous release. Furthermore, TISCH2 includes several new functions that allow users to better utilize the large-scale scRNA-seq datasets.

Background And Purpose: The treatment of aneurysms located in the posterior and distal anterior circulations remains a challenge. Leo stents with a flow diversion (FD) effect may be a potential option, which needs to be clearly studied.
Methods: From January 2016 to October 2021, 133 patients with 145 aneurysms in the posterior and distal anterior circulations, treated with Leo stents, were retrospectively analyzed in three neurosurgical centers.

This study was conducted to investigate the prognostic significance of a combination of fibrinogen and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) named the F-NLR score as a novel indicator and further create nomograms for predicting the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) treated with laparoscopic nephrectomy. A total of 425 patients with RCC who underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy were included in this study. Then, we divided the patients based on the cut-off values of their F-NLR score into three categories: F-NLR 2 (both high fibrinogen and NLR), F-NLR 0 (both low fibrinogen and NLR), and F-NLR 1 (remaining patients).

Vancomycin remains the mainstay of treatment for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) pneumonia. This study assessed risk factors for vancomycin failure in 63 patients with MRSA pneumonia through detailed clinical, microbiological, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic, and genetic analyses of prospective multicenter studies conducted from February 2012 to July 2018. Therapeutic drug monitoring was performed during vancomycin treatment, and the 24-h area under the curve (AUC) was calculated.

Despite advances in its treatment, patients diagnosed with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) have a poor prognosis. The mechanism of cuproptosis has been found to differ from other mechanisms that regulate cell death, including apoptosis, iron poisoning, pyrophosphate poisoning, and necrosis. Cuproptosis is an essential component in the regulation of a wide variety of biological processes, such as cell wall remodeling and oxidative stress responses.

Background: The present study aimed to quantify and differentiate the echo levels of papillary thyroid microcarcinomas (PTMCs) and micronodular goiters (MNGs) using the ultrasound grayscale ratio (UGSR) and to investigate the repeatability of UGSR.
Methods: The ultrasound (US) data of 241 patients with 265 PTMCs and 141 patients with 168 MNGs confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. All patients had received outpatient ultrasonic examination and preoperative ultrasonic positioning.

In this study, the biomechanical differences among three internal fixation configurations for treatment of Pauwels type II and III femoral neck fractures were analyzed. Using finite element analysis, the femur displacement and stress distributions of the internal fixation device and fracture section were obtained for different patients and movement conditions. The results show that patients with osteoporosis are more prone to femoral varus and femoral neck shortening, and the fracture probability of the device for these patients is higher than that for patients with normal bone.

The present study aimed to investigate the mechanism of penile damages in experimental autoimmune prostatitis (EAP) rat models to reveal the potential pathological mechanism of the relationship between CP and penile damages. Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were administered with different concentrations of prostate tissue homogenate supernatant (PTHS) by multipoint subcutaneous injection to establish EAP models.
