Objective: The limited existing asthma control questionnaires that are available for children 5 years of age or younger in China mostly assess only the impairment domain of asthma control. Here, the English version of the Test for Respiratory and Asthma Control in Kids (TRACK) was translated into Chinese and validated for its application in asthma control in preschool children.
Design: Prospective validation study.

Long non-coding RNA MEG3 has been identified as a tumor suppressor which plays important roles in tumorigenesis; however, its potential role in breast cancer has not been fully examined. Here, we showed that MEG3 was downregulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines. Overexpression of MEG3 inhibited breast cancer cell proliferation and invasion, suggesting that MEG3 played an important role in breast cancer progression and metastasis.

Ubiquitin-specific protease 42 (USP42) is a member of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs). The alterations of DUBs are implicated in the pathogenesis of a wide variety of tumors. However, there are few studies on the expression and biological function of USP42 in gastric cancer (GC).

Tripartite Motif Containing 25 (TRIM25), a member of TRIM proteins, has been found abnormally expressed in cancers of female reproductive system. Here, TRIM25 was conspicuously expressed in human gastric cancer (GC) tissues in which its higher expression generally correlated with the poor prognosis of patients. Small interfering RNA (siRNA)-mediated knockdown of TRIM25 expression in MGC-803 and AGS cells had no effects on cell proliferation, whereas reduced cell migration and invasion.
