Introduction Adn Objectives: The Sixth Report presents the results of the "SENTIERI Project: implementation of the permanent epidemiological surveillance system of populations residing in Italian Sites of Remediation Interest", promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Health (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention - CCM Project 2018). Unlabelled: Physical activity is a mainstay (class IA) of rehabilitation programme after an acute coronary syndrome, but less than 40% of patients is physically active at one year. Home-rehabilitation, initially designed to manage the increasing number of patients in rehabilitation programmes, could result in a better strategy to increase adherence and persistence to physical activity.

Objectives: To test such hypothesis, At Cardiac Rehabilitation Centre (Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Udine, Italy), physical activity adherence was compared between patients treated with a standard in-office rehabilitation programme and a cohort where home rehabilitation programme was added.

Road traffic accidents in Italy during COVID-19.

Objective: To assess changes in the number and severity of road traffic accidents in Italy in 2020, in particular after the beginning of COVID-19 and during the lockdown, as compared with 2019, with monthly details and geographical variations within the country.

Methods: Official monthly data on road traffic accidents recorded by the Police in Italy in 2020 were compared with those in 2019. The comparison regarded number of accidents, percent change, non-fatal injuries, deaths, injury index (injuries/accidents ×100) and fatality index (deaths/accidents ×100).

Background: Cancer survival in persons with AIDS (PWA) after introduction of antiretroviral therapies remains poorly characterized. The aim is to provide population-based estimates of cancer survival, overall and for the most important cancer types in PWA, and a comparison with persons without AIDS (non-PWA) affected by the same cancer.

Methods: PWA with cancer at AIDS diagnosis or thereafter were individually matched with non-PWA by type of cancer, sex, age, year of diagnosis, area of living, and, for lymphomas, histological subtype.
