Aim: The present study examined the mediating role of exercise identity in the relationship of exercise motivational regulations with weekly frequency of strenuous, moderate, and mild exercise.
Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 193 Greek exercise participants aged 18-54, using the Revised Behavioral Regulation in Exercise Questionnaire-2, the Exercise Identity Scale, and the Godin Leisure Time Exercise Questionnaire.
Results: Regression analyses revealed that the main predictor of strenuous exercise was integrated regulation.

Teaching ethical behavior is an aspect of physical education. The purpose of the study was to present the construction and to estimate validity of a test which assesses physical education students' moral judgment, the Moral Judgment Test in Physical Education. The sample comprised 281 male and female participants (95 in Grades 7 to 9, 92 in Grades 10 to 12, and 94 university students), who completed Lind's Moral Judgment Test and the Moral Judgment Test-PE version.

Background: Agonist and antagonist co-activation plays an important role for stabilizing the knee joint, especially after fatigue. However, whether selective fatigue of agonists or antagonist muscles would cause different changes in muscle activation patterns is unknown.
Hypothesis: Knee extension fatigue would have a higher influence on landing biomechanics compared with a knee flexion protocol.

Aim: This review, through a survey of the relevant research, examines the role of exercise in the natural course of symptoms in the preventive category, as well as in acute, subacute, chronic and postoperative categories of low back pain. The purpose of this study was to examine the evidence for cause and effect relationships between exercise and acute, subacute, and chronic low back pain, as well as for any dose-response relations involved.
Methods: Computer database research and personal retrieval systems were used to locate the relevant literature.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of lower limb strength training on physical conditioning and kinematic characteristics of instep kicking in 16 young amateur soccer players who participated in initial and final laboratory tests. In addition to their standard preseason soccer program, 8 players comprised the experimental group, who performed an 8-wk. strength-training program.
