The Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging-Practical Tutorial (ASCI-PT) is an instructional initiative of the ASCI School designed to enhance educational standards. In 2021, the ASCI-PT was convened with the goal of formulating a consensus statement on the assessment of coronary stenosis and coronary plaque using coronary CT angiography (CCTA). Nineteen experts from four countries conducted thorough reviews of current guidelines and deliberated on eight key issues to refine the process and improve the clarity of reporting CCTA findings.

Hyponatremia is primarily a water balance disorder associated with high morbidity and mortality. The pathophysiological mechanisms behind hyponatremia are multifactorial, and diagnosing and treating this disorder remains challenging. In this review, the classification, pathogenesis, and step-by-step management approaches for hyponatremia in patients with liver disease are described based on recent evidence.

Objectives: Cardiovascular border (CB) analysis is the primary method for detecting and quantifying the severity of cardiovascular disease using posterior-anterior chest radiographs (CXRs). This study aimed to develop and validate a deep learning-based automatic CXR CB analysis algorithm (CB_auto) for diagnosing and quantitatively evaluating valvular heart disease (VHD).
Methods: We developed CB_auto using 816 normal and 798 VHD CXRs.

Purpose: Because the biological significance of constitutive nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) activation in human gastric cancer is unclear, we undertook this study to clarify the regulatory mechanism of NF-kappaB activation and its clinical significance.
Experimental Design: Immunohistochemistry for NF-kappaB/RelA was done on 290 human gastric carcinoma specimens placed on tissue array slides. The correlations between NF-kappaB activation and clinicopathologic features, prognosis, Akt activation, tumor suppressor gene expression, or Bcl-2 expression were analyzed.
