Methods: This retrospective cohort study was conducted in patients diagnosed in the ED with mild and moderate acute pancreatitis according to the revised Atlanta classification.

Objectives: Headache is the most common complaint in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) and it may sometimes be the only symptom in these patients. This retrospective and prospective study was an investigation of any differences in terms of clinical risk factors, radiological findings, or prognosis in patients with CVST who presented with isolated headache (IH) and cases with other concomitant findings (non-isolated headache [NIH]).
Methods: A total of 1144 patients from a multicenter study of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (VENOST study) were enrolled in this research.

Aim: To examine the intra- and inter-observer variability for non-benign thyroid cytological subcategories according to the Bethesda classification system after the second review.
Methods: Between November 2018 and May 2019, thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsies of 381 nodules were retrospectively evaluated. Among them, 74 non-benign (category III-VI) thyroid biopsies, analyzed according to the Bethesda system (pathologist 1:40 vs pathologist 2:34) by two independent pathologists, were reassessed by the same pathologists and by a cytopathologist.

Objective: The predetermination of the risk for falls in elderly patients, who will have or had a surgery, enables one to carry out the protective/preventive interventions on this matter. The aim of this review was to provide an up-to-date meta-analysis with regard to falls in elderly surgical patients.
Materials And Methods: The studies, which were carried out on elderly patients between January 2009 and November 2019 and which investigated the risk factors for falls in elderly surgical patients, were screened on the databases of Google Scholar, Pubmed, Ovid, Cinahl through various combinations of keywords, such as "geriatrics", "aged", "surgery", "accidental falls" in English or Turkish, to determine the risk factors for the falls in elderly surgical patients.

Aim: To investigate incidental prostate cancer (IPCa) rate and to determine prostate specific antigen (PSA) cut-off value indicating PCa in patients who underwent surgery by being diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) clinically or by standard prostate biopsy.
Methods: Data of 317 patients, who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) or open prostatectomy (OP) with pre-diagnosis of BPH, were evaluated retrospectively. The examined parameters included patients' demographics, preoperative serum PSA values, digital rectal examination (DRE) findings, surgical method, histopathological findings and Gleason Scores.
