Our objective was to determine the radiological superiorities of three different surgical positions (supine, lateral decubitus, and traction table).

Methods: A total of 227 T2DM patients (mean age 52, 51% male) without any cardiovascular disease who came to the cardiology outpatient clinic between March 01 and July 31, 2019, were included in the study.

Purpose: To investigate the relationship between prolonged face mask use and ocular surface health utilizing conjunctival impression cytology, the Schirmer test, the tear break-up time (TBUT) test, and the ocular surface disease index (OSDI) questionnaire.
Methods: In this cross-sectional prospective study, individuals who used face masks for at least eight hours per day for at least six months were compared to healthy volunteers who used face masks for no more than one hour per day. Each participant completed an OSDI questionnaire.

Background: The aim of our study was to investigate the impact of curfews imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic on emergency department visits, orthopedic trauma frequencies, and types of trauma.
Methods: In this single-center, retrospective cohort study, a total of 16,242 patients, including 3,020 trauma patients, were admitted to level 1 trauma center emergency department between April-June 2020 and 2021 (curfew group) and between April-June 2018 and 2019 (control group). Patients were separated according to emergency department triage categories and trauma mechanisms, and the changes in the days of curfew were analyzed.

Ninety-two individuals with BD type 1 who had been euthymic for at least 8 weeks and 87 healthy controls were included. Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the postoperative position of the patella and its relationship with anterior knee pain in patients operated with infrapatellar reamed tibia intramedullary nailing (IMN).
Materials And Methods: Patients who underwent tibia IMN between 2019 and 2022 and who had anterior knee pain in their postoperative follow-up at least two outpatient clinic controls with an interval of at least one month were examined. Patellar height indices (Insall-Salvati, Blackburne-Peel, Caton-Deschamps, and modified Insall-Salvati) and sagittal angulation (patella-patellar tendon angles) were measured on the lateral direct radiographs of the patients in semi-flexion.

In 2022, Turkey encountered the formidable task of addressing an unprecedented loss of medical doctors and seeking remedies for potential issues within the healthcare system. This study set out to explore the inclination of 402 actively practicing Turkish doctors to depart from Turkey, assess the socio-demographic and socio-economic factors influencing this trend, and establish the hierarchy of raised concerns among doctors. Employing a cross-sectional and analytical approach, the study drew comparisons between doctors' demographic characteristics and the significance of their grievances, while also examining the correlation between the importance of complaints and the desire to remain in Turkey.

Background: To evaluate the effect of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor treatment on choroidal vascular parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
Methods: Twenty eyes of 20 patients with T2DM without diabetic retinopathy and 20 eyes of 20 age- and sex-matched patients as the control group were included in the study. The patients were evaluated using enhanced depth imaging optic coherence tomography before treatment and at the third month of treatment.
