We constructed the PLA2R1 knockout [PLA2R1(-)] model and PLA2R1 knock in [PLA2R1(+)] model in rats.

To explore the effect of TMEM230 depletion in vivo, we created TMEM230 knockout rats using CRISPR-Cas9 technology.

Paradoxical herniation associated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy after decompressive craniectomy: A case report.

Background: Whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can cause paradoxical herniation is still unclear.

Case Summary: A 65-year-old patient who was comatose due to brain trauma underwent decompressive craniotomy and gradually regained consciousness after surgery. HBOT was administered 22 d after surgery due to speech impairment.

Method: To search the databases:Pubmed, Web of Science, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the China Biology Medicine disc (CBMdisc), the China Science and Technology Journal Database (VIP), the Wanfang.

Results: Fifteen randomized controlled trials were included, totally including 1164 participants.

c-Src promotes the growth and tumorigenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma via the Hippo signaling pathway.

We investigated the association between c-Src and the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its underlying mechanisms. The relationship between c-Src expression and the occurrence and development of HCC was explored using GEPIA and further confirmed by western blotting analysis and real-time quantitative PCR. CCK-8, flow cytometry, Transwell, and wound-healing assays were conducted to analyze the effects of c-Src on the growth, cell cycle, apoptosis, migration, and infiltration of HCC cells.

Clinical practice guideline for Tripterygium Glycosides/Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(T/CACM 1337-2020) was approved on June, 2020 by the Standardization Office of Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. Our group developed this guideline for the clinical application of Tripterygium Glycosides/Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets according to the manual for the clinical experts consensus of Chinese patent medicine from January, 2018, when this project was approved by Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. In this article, the detailed information on our compilation process was provided, in order to facilitate the understanding and the application of the guideline, as well as provide reference for the development of clinical practice guideline for other Chinese patent medicine.

As a treatment option for cancer, thermal ablation has satisfactory effects on many types of solid tumors (such as liver and renal cancers). However, its clinical applications for the treatment of thyroid nodules and metastatic cervical lymph nodes are still under debate both in China and abroad. In 2015, the "Zhejiang Expert consensus on thermal ablation for thyroid benign nodules, microcarcinoma, and metastatic cervical lymph nodes (2015 edition)," was released by the Thyroid Cancer Committee of Zhejiang Anti-Cancer Association, China.

[Efficacy of acupuncture combined with hydro-acupuncture for transverse processes syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra].

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy differences between acupuncture combined with hydro-acupuncture and acupuncture alone for transverse processes syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra.

Methods: One hundred patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 50 cases in each one. The patients in the control group were treated with regular acupuncture at Weizhong (BL 40), points, Jiaji (L～L) and Shenshu (BL 23); the acupuncture was given once a day, six treatments per week for consecutive 2 weeks.

Objective: To explore the association of the platelet-activating factor receptor (PAFR) gene rs5938, rs313152 and rs76744145 polymorphisms with coronary heart disease (CHD) and blood stasis syndrome (BSS) of CHD in Chinese Han population.

Methods: A total of 570 CHD patients (299 with BSS and 271 with non-BSS) and 317 controls were enrolled. The PAFR gene rs5938, rs313152 and rs76744145 polymorphisms were genotyped using the multiplex SNaPshot technology.

The clusters are dynamic aggregates whose molecules are held together by hydrogen-bonded, Van der Waals forces or the opposite charges of particles attract each other. In this paper, field emission scanning electron microscopy proved that molecules form clusters in Pueraria thomsonii Benth (Fenge) water decoction.
