Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with powder for erectile dysfunction with kidney deficiency and blood stasis: a randomized controlled trial.

Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with powder in treating erectile dysfunction with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.

Methods: A total of 80 patients with erectile dysfunction of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into a comprehensive group (40 cases, 1 case dropped out) and a Chinese herb group (40 cases, 2 cases dropped out). In the Chinese herb group, powder was applied orally, one dose per day.

[Governor vessel moxibustion combined with decoction for erectile dysfunction with spleen-kidney deficiency and its effect on testosterone and vascular endothelial function].

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of governor vessel moxibustion combined with decoction on erectile dysfunction (ED) with spleen-kidney deficiency and to explore the possible mechanism.

Methods: A total of 130 ED patients with spleen-kidney deficiency were randomized into an observation group (65 cases, 2 cases dropped off) and a control group (65 cases, 3 cases dropped off). The control group was given decoction orally, one dose daily.

[Fire needling stripping after local anesthesia for verruca vulgaris: a multi-center randomized controlled trial].

Objective: To compare the clinical therapeutic effect of fire needling stripping after local anesthesia, simple fire needling and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on verruca vulgaris.

Methods: A total of 900 patients with verruca vulgaris were randomized into a fire needling stripping group (300 cases, 2 cases dropped off), a fire needling group (300 cases, 4 cases dropped off) and a liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group (300 cases, 5 cases dropped off). After local anesthesia of compound lidocaine cream, fire needling therapy was adopted, and the necrotic tissue of verruca was stripped in the fire needling stripping group.
