Community mental health care is a practice setting conducive to the emergence of special situations since the intervention takes place in the client's living environment, a context fraught with multiple and often unpredictable events and triggers. In addition, the healthcare workers are often alone in making decisions. This can lead to a persistent feeling of discomfort when the situation can be seen from several different angles and the healthcare workers find it difficult to make the right decision or are uncomfortable with the consequences of a decision they must make.

This review verified the extent, variety, quality and main findings of studies that have tested the neurophysiological and clinical effects of muscle tendon vibration (VIB) in individuals with sensorimotor impairments. The search was conducted on PubMed, CINAHL, and SportDiscuss up to April 2024. Studies were selected if they included humans with neurological impairments, applied VIB and used at least one measure of corticospinal excitability using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Objective: The primary methods for defining the prognostic risk of AML patients are cytogenetic and molecular analysis at the time of diagnosis. However, the prognosis of intermediate-risk patients is still not well assessed for biomarkers. The main objective of this meta-analysis is to evaluate the relationship between circRNAs and AML prognosis, to provide a theoretical basis for finding effective prognostic indicators in intermediate-risk patients, and to provide an important scientific basis for the development or revision of WHO practice guidelines and ELN risk classification, and to highlight the importance of continuing to focus on and evaluate the prognostic impact of circRNAs on AML in future studies.

Purpose: The present study is a systematic review aimed at examining the impact of neurofeedback interventions on the body structure and function, as well as the activity and participation of children with developmental dyslexia, in accordance with the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health-Children and Youth version.
Method: Based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, databases including Scopus, Cochrane, Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar were searched using keywords such as "Neurofeedback," "Dyslexia," and related terms based on Mesh terms, without any time restrictions, until January 2024. The inclusion criteria were clinical experimental and randomized controlled trials that investigated the impact of neurofeedback in children with reading and writing disorders, and their full-text articles were available in English or Persian.

Background: Kinesio tape (KT) has gained popularity in sports and rehabilitation due to its ease of use and potential benefits. However, its effectiveness is not well understood especially in addressing fatigue, a condition that can impair muscle function and increase the musculoskeletal risk of injury. Given KT's potential impact on muscle activity and recovery, this review aims to evaluate the effects of lower limb KT on pain, strength, and balance following fatigue.

Background: Gait initiation (GI) can be divided into three sections according to the center of pressure (COP) trace (S1, S2, and S3). Almost all studies do not separate each phase of the GI profile in postural control assessment and muscular investigation, whereas differences in the COP and muscles are found in each phase of the GI profile in people with gait problems.
Methods: Twenty individuals with CAI and twenty healthy controls were included in the present study.
