Background: The Recap of atopic eczema (RECAP) is a patient-reported instrument designed to assess eczema control. There is a lack of evidence on the interpretability of change scores in clinical trials.
Objectives: To calculate the smallest detectable change (SDC) in RECAP and estimate the minimal important change (MIC) for RECAP using various calculation methods in three eczema clinical trial datasets.
Background: This study investigated drug-drug interactions in patients with atrial fibrillation taking both a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) and an antiarrhythmic drug.
Methods And Results: Using data from the National Health Insurance database (2012-2018), we identified 78 805 patients with atrial fibrillation on DOACs, with 24 142 taking amiodarone, 8631 taking propafenone, 2784 taking dronedarone, 297 taking flecainide, 177 taking sotalol, and 42 772 on DOACs alone. Patients with bradycardia, heart block, heart failure, mitral stenosis, prosthetic valves, or incomplete data were excluded.
Autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT) is standard therapy for relapsed/refractory large B-cell lymphoma (R/R LBCL), but many patients are either ineligible or unable to receive it. This retrospective study characterized outcomes in R/R LBCL, delineated by eligibility for, and receipt of, ASCT. Median progression-free survival (PFS) and event-free survival (EFS) for patients undergoing ASCT were 35.

Serious complications after the administration of HDMTX are rare, but occasionally MTX may precipitate in the renal tubes causing a delayed elimination leading to renal, multiorgan toxicities and to life-threatening complications. This study aims to estimate the incidence and clinical management of delayed MTX elimination in France, Germany, Italy, and the UK.

Objectives: To systematically review adverse effects associated with longer-term use of TCS for eczema.
Methods: Randomised controlled trials (RCTs), cohort and case-control studies reporting adverse effects of TCS (comparators: no TCS treatment, other topicals) in patients with eczema were identified.
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) often co-occurs with other psychiatric and physical diseases. However, available evidence on associations between ADHD and cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) is mixed. To systematically review, quantitatively synthesize, and appraise available evidence on the link between ADHD with CVDs, we searched relevant articles in PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, and Web of Science from inception to May 1, 2022.

Background: Adolescence is characterized by an increase in the rate of sleep problems, which might be even more pronounced in adolescents with ADHD. This systematic review with meta-analysis aimed to compare sleep in adolescents with and without ADHD, including sleep parameters, both subjectively and objectively measured, sleep problems and sleep hygiene.
Methods: Medline, CINAHL, PsycINFO, EMBASE, ERIC, Web of Science, and PubMed databases were searched for studies with case-control designs (published between 1980 and 2022) directly comparing sleep in adolescents (12-25 years) with ADHD to typically developing controls.

Background And Aims: Ayurveda is a traditional medicine that originated in the Indian subcontinent, and its use remains widespread in the Indian subcontinent, especially for managing noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). It is also becoming increasingly popular in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries as complementary and alternative medicine. Qualitative research studies have been conducted in various OECD countries to explore the experiences, perceptions, and perspectives of Ayurvedic practitioners and patients with NCDs regarding the usage of Ayurveda for managing these conditions.

Importance: During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) lockdown, changes in the visiting rules in neonatal units might have affected the initiation and continuation of breastfeeding.
Objective: To investigate the effects of the implementation of the COVID-19 lockdown in the UK on mother's own milk (MOM) feeding in hospital and at the time of discharge in two UK neonatal units.
Methods: Retrospective cohort study using routinely recorded data from electronic patient records.
Importance: Previous studies report both coexistence and mutual exclusivity of atopic eczema (AE) and psoriasis, but these have not been appraised systematically. Knowledge of such disease association throws light on disease mechanisms and may influence therapeutic choices.
Objective: To summarise evidence for AE and psoriasis occurring in the same person at the same point in time.
Background: Eczema can have a considerable impact on quality of life. Treatments can improve this, but management is complex. Barriers to eczema self-management may be impacted upon by environmental context, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
