Endometrial Carcinoma Arising from Adenomyosis (EC-AIA) is an unusual condition, primarily occurring in postmenopausal women. We present a rare case of a 34-year-old woman with EC-AIA, highlighting the diagnostic challenges in distinguishing this malignancy from adenomyosis preoperatively. Conventional imaging methods exhibited limitations, necessitating post-surgery confirmation through comprehensive examinations.

Key Clinical Message: This paper highlights that diagnosis and treatment of one ectopic pregnancy does not rule out the happening of a second ectopic pregnancy in the same patient concurrently, especially if the patient has rising β-hCG and persistent symptoms.

Background And Aims: Although some reports have confirmed the role of human bocavirus (HBoV) in respiratory infections, the importance of this virus in causing acute gastroenteritis has not yet been proven. This study aimed to determine the molecular prevalence of HBoV in children under 5 years old with gastroenteritis and to compare the clinical symptoms of HBoV-positive and -negative gastroenteritis cases.
Methods: A total of 100 stool samples were collected from children with gastroenteritis hospitalized in a pediatric hospital in Tehran, Iran.

Abstract: A 64-year-old man presented with asymmetric paresthesia and subsequent weakness of his feet and a 10 kg weight loss over 40 days. Electrodiagnostic studies revealed distal axonal sensory-motor polyneuropathy with ongoing axonal loss.
Key Clinical Message: This article emphasizes that patients presenting with COVID-19 infection especially presenting with predominantly gastrointestinal symptoms and a history of eating disorder or even other mental disorders should be evaluated thoroughly and differential diagnoses should be considered. Clinicians should keep in mind that eating disorders may happen after COVID infection or vaccination.

Two cases of pyogenic granulomas in burned skin were presented, a 17-month-old boy and a 7-year-old girl, being given oral propranolol and topical timolol. Both cases showed lesions improvement with no adverse effects, suggesting that beta-blocker therapy may have a positive impact on the treatment of pyogenic granuloma after burns.
