Background: A massage is a tool that is frequently used in sports and exercise in general for recovery and increased performance. In this review paper, we aimed to search and systemize current literature findings relating to massages' effects on sports and exercise performance concerning its effects on motor abilities and neurophysiological and psychological mechanisms.
Methods: The review has been written following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) guidelines.

Pharmaceutical companies often enter into contractual arrangements with other companies to advance the development or expand patient access of licensed medicines. These partnerships include specific agreements detailing the exchange of safety-related data between the companies. Such agreements are used to fulfil regulatory reporting obligations, thereby ensuring timely awareness of potential safety considerations and formal maintenance of clinical trial applications and marketing authorisations.

Objectives: Amoxicillin/clavulanate is the most commonly used oral antimicrobial drug in companion animals. The objective of the study was to detect types and frequency of deficits in the quality of veterinary oral formulations of amoxicillin/clavulanate in various countries.
Materials And Methods: In a prospective study with purposive sampling, amoxicillin/clavulanate tablet formulations for canine use were collected in four countries (wholesalers or veterinary practice) and shipped to a central bioanalytical laboratory.

Anticancer drug conjugates are an emerging approach for future cancer treatment. Here, we report a series of hybrid ligands merging the neurohormone melatonin with the approved histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor vorinostat, using melatonin's amide side chain (3a-e), its indolic nitrogen (5a-d), and its ether oxygen (7a-d) as attachment points. Several hybrid ligands showed higher potency thanvorinostat in both HDAC inhibition and cellular assays on different cultured cancer cell lines.

The aim of this scoping review was to evaluate research approaches that quantify changes to non-linear movement dynamics during running in response to fatigue, different speeds, and fitness levels. PubMed and Scopus were used to identify appropriate research articles. After the selection of eligible studies, study details and participant characteristics were extracted and tabulated to identify methodologies and findings.

Aims: The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a demand for vaccines, cures, and the need of related documentation for travel, work and other purposes. Our project aimed to identify the illicit availability of such products across the Dark Web Markets (DWMs).
Methods: A retrospective search for COVID-19 related products was carried out across 118 DWMs since the start of the pandemic (March 2020-October 2021).

Some parasitic diseases, such as malaria, require two hosts to complete their lifecycle: a human and an insect vector. Although most malaria research has focused on parasite development in the human host, the life cycle within the vector is critical for the propagation of the disease. The mosquito stage of the lifecycle represents a major demographic bottleneck, crucial for transmission blocking strategies.

Background: Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an immunogenically hot tumor. The immune checkpoint blockades (ICBs) have been recently emerged as promising therapeutic candidates for several malignancies including TNBC. Yet, the development of innate and/or adaptive resistance by TNBC patients towards ICBs such as programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitors (e.

Background: The Hyperhidrosis Quality of Life Index (HidroQoL ©) is a well-developed and validated patient-reported outcome measure assessing the quality-of-life impacts in hyperhidrosis with 18 items. Our aim was to extend the already existing validity evidence for the HidroQoL, especially in relation to structural validity. Especially Rasch analysis has not been applied to the final 18-item HidroQoL before.

The pharmacovigilance agreements (PVA) landscape has evolved over recent decades with rapid growth in the number and complexity of partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions between pharmaceutical companies. Simultaneously there has been increasing scrutiny from regulatory authorities. Detailed regulations and guidance are lacking in this domain; hence companies have developed their own processes, templates, and tools, which have headed in different directions.

Background: Chemotherapeutic agents are used to treat a wide range of cancer types, but they cause serious side effects which must be managed after treatment. Cyclophosphamide (CYP) is one of chemotherapeutic drugs that causes hemorrhagic cystitis (HC) induced by acrolein.
Objective: The current investigation intended to uncover the role of chrysin (CHR) in CYP-induced HC in rats and explore the signaling pathway beyond this effect.

Effective strategies for the detection and identification of explosives are highly desirable. Herein, we illustrate the efficient optoelectronic detection of nitroaromatic and peroxide-based explosives using amine- and phosphine-substituted diketopyrrolopyrroles. Selective quenching and an unprecedented enhancement of thin-film emission in the presence of nitroaromatic vapors are demonstrated the judicious choice of amine substituents.
