Information dissemination is vital to human production and life. Identifying and analyzing the modes and mechanisms of information dissemination under different conditions is conducive to playing the role of positive information and reducing the impact of negative information. Considering that multiple pieces of information coexist and conflict with each other, in this paper, a competitive information dissemination model is established and the proposed system is analyzed.

The smart city, characterized by its complexity and expansiveness, entails intricate collaborative governance processes involving a multitude of elements. We have established a smart city collaborative governance system and formulated a system dynamics model based on the interaction dynamics among the internal elements of the collaborative governance subsystems: the subject, object, and environment. Policy adjustment variables were carefully selected to simulate six policy combination scenarios, illustrating the developmental trajectory of Dongguan City's smart city collaborative governance system from 2015 to 2030, within the context of various policy paradigms.

In recent years, China has significantly increased its global competitiveness in digital technologies, emphasizing the importance of the digital economy during the high-quality development stage. The question of how firms in traditional industries can achieve digital transformation, which is critical for participating in the digital economy, is still understudied. Using the ability-motivation-opportunity (AMO) framework, this research developed a model and identified six factors' ability, motivation, and opportunity dimensions.

Introduction: Encouraging proactive behavior among employees is a crucial pathway for companies to adapt swiftly and gain a competitive edge. In contrast to other forms of organizational citizenship behavior that tend to preserve existing work practices within the organization, Challenge-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (COCB) aims to improve upon these by offering constructive suggestions and altering employees' work methods, policies, and procedures for the benefit of the organization. However, not all employees are willing to engage in COCB, even when the organization actively encourages participation.

Green technology innovation (GTI) breaks the vicious cycle of "economic development-environmental pollution," mitigating the supply chain carbon emissions. Previous research focused on exploring supply chain GTI decision-making in the discrete strategy space and ignored the effect of stochastic factors. This paper, grounded in the classical evolutionary game theory, explores the interaction mechanism of supply chain GTI decision-making between suppliers and manufacturers under stochastic interferences and in the continuous strategy space.

How can we create a dual benefit scenario that improves both the ecological environment and export performance? This study aims to investigate whether the introduction of the Environmental Protection Tax Law (EPTL) has promoted the growth of corporate export. By treating the formal implementation of China's EPTL on January 1, 2018, as an exogenous economic event, this paper takes A-share listed companies in China from 2013 to 2022 as a sample and uses the Difference-in-Differences (DID) model to analyze the specific effects of the EPTL on corporate exports. The results indicate that the EPTL improves corporate exports significantly.

Nowadays, factories located in COVID-19 infected countries/regions are facing random outbreaks. If blockchain is adopted, then the outbreaks can be known immediately and emergency production shifting can be enabled, although high crash cost will be incurred. Otherwise, production delay will become inevitable.

With a significant proportion of college students in many countries engaging in risky drinking behavior, this study examines the tendency of such young adults to 'mature out' of such behavior in their first year of employment after graduating, and the degree to which three mainstream organizational on-boarding experiences may expedite such 'maturing out'. Focusing on newcomers' experiences with alcohol-oriented job orientation, job empowerment, and organizational efforts to facilitate the development of supportive peer relationships, we test hypotheses regarding the direct effects of time on the change in alcohol misuse among those reporting misuse in college, as well as the degree to which individual on-boarding experiences account for the variance in young adults' maturing out trajectories over the course of their first year of employment. Findings generated from data collected from over 400 young adults over multiple waves offer important theoretical and practical implications regarding how and why particular onboarding tactics may be more or less effective in influencing newcomers' health-related behaviors.

Background: With the introduction of the accelerated drug review policy in China, the clinical research and development time and the review and approval time of drugs have been shortened accordingly. Especially under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the vaccine formulations released through the accelerated review policy are springing up, and the question of how the accelerated review policy affects the investment portfolio of vaccine enterprises has also attracted more and more attention.
Aims And Methods: The article uses mixed-integer linear programming to develop a new model on portfolio planning for vaccine companies based on the accelerated review policy context.

The COVID-19 pandemic underscored the critical role of states' regulatory capacities. Countries had to authorize novel vaccine technologies in the context of scientific uncertainty and political pressure, issues particularly acute in middle-income countries (MICs) less familiar with the procedures needed to streamline regulatory processes during a crisis. How did regulatory agencies in countries still building their regulatory capacities expedite the authorization of new COVID-19 vaccines to combat the pandemic? How did they navigate political pressures to expedite vaccine approval while maintaining safety and efficacy standards? We explore these questions through the case of Brazil, which has one of Latin America's most highly-regarded regulatory authorities, but was subject to acute political conflicts.

China's primary healthcare (PHC) system, together with rural healthcare services, remains the Achilles' heel in the national healthcare system. Healthcare workers, specifically village doctors, are an integral part of the healthcare system. Using the two-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Tobit regression analysis, this study aims to investigate the efficiency of healthcare expenditures on medical resources and services in China, as well as determine how different types of healthcare work influence efficiency.

Intermittent switchings between weakly chaotic (laminar) and strongly chaotic (bursty) states are often observed in systems with high-dimensional chaotic attractors, such as fluid turbulence. They differ from the intermittency of a low-dimensional system accompanied by the stability change of a fixed point or a periodic orbit in that the intermittency of a high-dimensional system tends to appear in a wide range of parameters. This paper considers a case where the skeleton of a laminar state L exists as a proper chaotic subset S of a chaotic attractor X, that is, S⊊X.

Tourism demand projection is paramount for both corporate operations and destination management, facilitating tourists in crafting bespoke, multifaceted itineraries and enriching their vacation experiences. This study proposes a multi-layer self attention mechanism recommendation algorithm based on dynamic spatial perception, with the aim of refining the analysis of tourists' emotional inclinations and providing precise estimates of tourism demand. Initially, the model is constructed upon a foundation of multi-layer attention modules, enabling the semantic discovery of proximate entities to the focal scenic locale and employing attention layers to consolidate akin positions, epitomizing them through contiguous vectors.

Multi-scenario and multi-task learning are crucial in industrial recommendation systems to deliver high-quality recommendations across diverse scenarios with minimal computational overhead. However, conventional models often fail to effectively leverage cross-scenario information, limiting their representational capabilities. Additionally, multi-step conversion tasks in real-world applications face challenges from sequential dependencies and increased data sparsity, particularly in later stages.

The rapid development of China's aviation industry has caused a rapid increase in airport PM emissions. This study uses the Global Exposure Mortality Model (GEMM) to evaluate the monthly deaths caused by aircraft activities at 164 airports in China from 2015 to 2023, based on the PM concentration of airport aircraft activities and the detection data of the China National Environmental Monitoring Center, including twenty age groups, six diseases, and gender. This paper presents three main conclusions.

We explore the effect of China's unique environmental credit rating pilot policy on loan contract terms between firms and banks. First, we find that the environmental credit rating policy increases the amount of bank loans received by firms and lowers their borrowing costs. These results remain robust across a range of sensitivity tests.
