Background: Radiation-induced oral mucositis is one of the most critical dose-limiting toxicities associated with radiation therapy for oral cancer which can result in treatment interruption and compromise the quality of the life of cancer patients. Jati (Jasminum grandiflorum) is used in Ayurveda to treat oral conditions like stomatitis and mouth ulcers.
Objective: To test the feasibility of Jati oral gel as an add on therapy in grade 2 radiation-induced oral mucositis.

This study reports the successful management of a recurrent, refractory skin disease diagnosed clinically as Cutaneous Lichen Planus (CLP) in a female patient with Ayurvedic treatment. A 42-year-old home maker from Coimbatore presented with blackish-red pigmented skin rashes and white streaks. Though mucous membranes were not affected, she did not respond to homoeopathic and biomedical treatment.

Introduction: Psoriasis is a noninfectious chronic inflammatory skin disorder, characterized by well-defined erythematous plaques with silvery scales. In an ayurvedic perspective, we can compare this disease with Kitibha Kushta (a type of skin lesion) because most of its signs and symptoms mimic that of erythrodermic psoriasis.
Case Presentation: A 23-year-old patient diagnosed with psoriasis presented with erythematous overlapped patches all over the body, Auspitz sign, and pain associated with occasional itching sensation.
