Background: Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination programmes have the potential to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. The preferred age for HPV vaccination is 12-13 years for optimal benefit. The legal framework in England allows adolescents to be vaccinated without parental consent if they are assessed as competent.

Evaluation of systems reform in public hospitals, Victoria, Australia, to improve access to antenatal care for women of refugee background: An interrupted time series design.

Introduction: Inequalities in maternal and newborn health persist in many high-income countries, including for women of refugee background. The Bridging the Gap partnership programme in Victoria, Australia, was designed to find new ways to improve the responsiveness of universal maternity and early child health services for women and families of refugee background with the codesign and implementation of iterative quality improvement and demonstration initiatives. One goal of this 'whole-of-system' approach was to improve access to antenatal care.

This integrative review aimed to identify and synthesize evidence on workplace stress and resilience in the Australian nursing workforce. A search of the published literature was conducted using EMBASE, MEDLINE, CINAHL (EBSCO), PsycINFO, Web of Science, and Scopus. The search was limited to papers published in English from January 2008 to December 2018.

An integrative review on methodological considerations in mental health research - design, sampling, data collection procedure and quality assurance.

Background: Several typologies and guidelines are available to address the methodological and practical considerations required in mental health research. However, few studies have actually attempted to systematically identify and synthesise these considerations. This paper provides an integrative review that identifies and synthesises the available research evidence on mental health research methodological considerations.

Background: The role of the pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP) has changed since its inception over 50 years ago. Pediatric nurse practitioner practice has evolved from providing outpatient primary care to children to providing complex care in the acute practice environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe whether a difference existed in perceptions of organizational support (POS) of PNPs working in academic and nonacademic institutions and to describe the differences between PNP reporting structures and POS.

Diabetes Prevention Program attendance is associated with improved patient activation: Results from the Prediabetes Informed Decisions and Education (PRIDE) study.

The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 12-month behavior change program designed to increase physical activity and improve dietary patterns among patients at risk for Type 2 diabetes, in order to facilitate modest weight loss and improve cardio-metabolic profiles. It is unknown whether baseline patient activation is related to increased DPP uptake, and whether DPP attendance leads to subsequent improvement in patient activation. We analyzed data from 352 adult participants in the Prediabetes Informed Decisions and Education (PRIDE) trial of shared decision-making (SDM) in diabetes prevention, collected from November 2015 through September 2017.

The Conceptualization of Mental Health Service Quality Assessment: Consumer Perspective.

This review synthesises theoretical approaches and methodological considerations in mental health service quality assessment from consumers-perspective. We searched published articles from databases: EMBASE, MEDLINE, CIHNAL, Scopus, Web of Science, and PsycINFO. Of the 30 included papers, 16 contained instruments used to mental health quality assessment and 14 focused on theoretical constructs.

Inclusivity in neo-liberal policy environment: preparedness of mass media to support disability awareness campaigns in Ghana.

The mass media have been described as an important institution in educating society about persons with disabilities and in facilitating their acceptance. However, calls to project a positive public image of persons with disabilities and to develop an inclusive society have coincided with the neo-liberal approach to policymaking, whereby government plays a minimised role in the provision of basic services to citizens. Although the extant literature from advanced countries has found stereotypical and disempowering portrayals of persons with disabilities in the mass media, this area remains unresearched in developing countries.

Objective: The aim of this overview was to evaluate the effectiveness of phytoestrogens on vaginal health and dyspareunia in peri- and post-menopausal women.
