Breast cancer is the second most common cancer among females worldwide and can often be detected at an early stage through breast self-examination (BSE). However, in many developing countries, most cases are diagnosed at advanced stages. This study aimed to assess the knowledge and practice of BSE among women of reproductive age in Saudi Arabia.

Influence of Photobiomodulation Therapy Combined with Pelvic Floor Exercises on Postpartum Coccydynia: A Randomized Controlled Trial.

This study was conducted to investigate whether the addition of photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) to pelvic floor exercises (PFEs) is more effective in treating postpartum coccydynia compared with either modality alone. A novel efficient electrochemical sensor for detecting paracetamol contaminants in polluted water using an active electrode from tungsten oxide nanoplates.

Herein, electrochemical sensing of paracetamol in polluted water was achieved using facile-synthesized tungsten oxide nanoparticles. Ion exchange resin has been used as a sustainable preparation route, while the prepared nanoparticles have been characterized by XRD and SEM analyses. Orthorhombic WO·HO nano-plates have been synthesized a facile preparation method, where the crystal size has been calculated as 25-33 nm, and these results were used to create a 3D model of the prepared WO·HO nano-plates.
