Aim: The purpose of this study is to investigate the interchangeability of newly acquired, short-term used, and long-term used semi-adjustable articulators.
Materials And Methods: Metal analogs of partially dentate maxillary and mandibular arches were mounted on twelve semi-adjustable Stratos 300 articulators, divided into three groups based on usage over time: New, short-term used (<2 years), long-term used (>2 years) articulators. Each articulator was calibrated according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring consistency.

Background: In Egypt, approximately 10% of preterm deliveries occur between 32 and fewer than 37 weeks, leading to high neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) admissions. Preterm infants often face oral feeding difficulties due to immature development, which can lead to extended hospital stays and increased health risks.
Aim: To assess neonatal nurses' performance in terms of the transition to oral feeding in preterm infants, focusing on knowledge, practices, and attitudes.

The objective of our research is to produce a digital elevation model (DEM) in a real-time domain. For this purpose, GNSS measurements are obtained from a kinematic trajectory in a clear location in New Aswan City, Egypt. Different real-time processing solutions are employed, including real-time precise point positioning (RT-PPP) and real-time kinematics (RTK); additionally, the widely used post-processed precise point positioning (PPP) processing scenario is used.

Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) is a key regulator of blood pressure, and ACE inhibition is an essential part of the treatment of hypertension. We used a molecular docking approach to find the interaction of ACE with an active flavonoid isolated from Linn, , which leads to potential antihypertensive effects in methyl predenisolone-induced hypertensive rats. Additionally, the pharmacokinetic parameters of this compound are assessed.

The demand for developing novel antimicrobial drugs has increased due to the rapid appearance and global spread of antibiotic resistance. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) offer distinct advantages over traditional antibiotics, such as broad-range efficacy, a delayed evolution of resistance, and the capacity to enhance human immunity. AMPs are being developed as potential medicines, and current computational and experimental tools aim to facilitate their preclinical and clinical development.

This study explores a sustainable method for synthesizing quinazoline derivatives through visible light-driven photocatalysis using curcumin-sensitized titanium dioxide (TiO) nanoparticles. A one-pot, three-component reaction involving aldehydes, urea/thiourea, and dimedone was utilized to efficiently produce quinazoline compounds. The photocatalytic performance of curcumin-sensitized TiO (Cur-TiO) was compared to pure TiO (P-TiO), with Cur-TiO showing significantly enhanced activity.

Catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs) cause serious complications among hospitalized patients due to biofilm-forming microorganisms which make treatment ineffective by forming antibiotic-resistant strains. As most CAUTI-causing bacterial pathogens have already developed multidrug resistance, there is an urgent need for alternative antibacterial agents to prevent biofilms on catheter surfaces. As a trial to find out such a potential agent of natural origin, the bark of Rottl.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a collection of non-coding RNA molecules that consist of more than 200 nucleotides. In human malignancies, these lncRNAs exhibit abnormal expression patterns and play a significant role in either suppressing or promoting tumor growth. They achieve this by modulating various functions and mechanisms within cancer cells, including proliferation, invasion, metastasis, apoptosis, and resistance to different therapeutic approaches.
