This study aimed to assess the accuracy of predicting pelvic lymph node status using sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy with indocyanine green (ICG) and to examine the outcomes of SLN biopsy-guided abdominal radical trachelectomy (ART). Patients with stage IA2-IB2 cervical cancer from January 2009 to January 2021 were included. ICG was injected before ART and SLNs were identified, excised, and assessed intraoperatively using fast-frozen sections.

Aim: This study aims to investigate the association between TUG time and mortality in Japanese older persons and to clarify possible moderation effects on mortality and TUG time.

Methods: In all, 874 participants who were ≥ 65 years of age completed the TUG test and had their anthropometric parameters and physical functions measured.

We report a case of malignant stenosis due to recurrence of lymph node metastasis treated with laparoscopic gastrojejunal bypass. A 83-year-old man who underwent chemoradiotherapy for esophageal cancer(cT3N2M0). About 3 and half years after chemoradiotherapy, he was referred to hospital for vomiting.
