LN18178 is a standardized, synergistic combination of fruit rind and seed extracts, which has been reported to increase serum testosterone levels in young and aging males. The present 84-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study assessed the efficacy of LN18178 on the sexual function of aging male volunteers (age: 40-70 years; serum total testosterone: ≥ 300 ng/dL). The subjects with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction [5-item version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) scores 17-25] and low sexual desire (score < 3 on items 11 and 12 of IIEF) participated in this investigation.

The patient was further evaluated by radiological investigations and was diagnosed with small bowel intussusception caused by submucosal lipoma as the lead point. She had undergone ileal resection and anastomosis of the affected segment.

Cutaneous angiosarcoma - Mimicking giant condyloma acuminata with molluscum-like satellite lesions.

Angiosarcoma (AS) is a rare malignant tumor of vascular or lymphatic epithelium, typically presenting as a bruise-like patch over the face or scalp in the seventh-ninth decades. Here, we report a case of cutaneous AS (cAS) in a 51-year-old male patient who presented with a cauliflower-like growth in the groin with skin-colored shiny flat-topped satellite papules in the surrounding areas, some of which were umbilicated. Based on examination, the patient was considered retro positive and the following differentials were considered: Buschke-Lowenstein tumor with giant molluscum, Kaposi sarcoma, and squamous cell carcinoma.

In the current study, we aimed to characterize and compare the epidemiological, etiologic, microbiological, serological, clinical, and outcome traits of febrile patients with acute neutropenia admitted to a tertiary care center in Western Maharashtra. Methods Adult patients with a history of fever of less than two weeks' duration and without any immunosuppressive state were screened with predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.
