Objective: To investigate the nursing effect of nasoscopically assisted nasogastri tube and nasojejunal tube placement.

Methods: 94 patients who need to place nasogastric tube and nasojejunal tube to establish enteral nutrition were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n=49) and control group (n=45). The patients in the observation group received nasogastric tube placement and jejunal nutrition tube placement, and the patients in the control group received general gastroscope and placed gastric tube and jejunal nutrition tube through mouth.

Objective: The effects of continuing nursing care under cognitive behavioral intervention on the psychological state and living quality of patients with double J catheter after ureterolithiasis surgery were analyzed in this research.

Methods: The research subjects in this study were 142 patients who were discharged from our hospital with a double J tube after ureterolithiasis surgeries from June 2019 to June 2020. According to the patient care plan, the subjects were divided into the control group (n=71) and the observation group (n=71) and respectively treated with routine basic nursing measures and continuing nursing care under cognitive-behavior intervention.

Methods: 95 patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer from April 2017 to July 2020 were enrolled as the research objects, and randomly divided into observation-group (n=50) and control-group (n=45) by random number table. Objective: To compare and analyze the analgesic effect of iliac fascial block with vertical and horizontal inguinal approach after total hip arthroplasty.

Methods: 78 patients who admitted to our hospital and underwent unilateral total hip replacement from January 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled and randomly divided into Group A (n=40) and Group B (n=38). 30 min before surgery, the group A received ultrasound-guided iliac fascial block by vertical inguinal approach, and group B underwent ultrasound-guided iliac fascial block with horizontal inguinal approach.
