Rationale: Uterine artery spontaneous rupture is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication during pregnancy and puerperium. The lack of typical symptoms makes it difficult to diagnose, which can result in serious consequences for both the mother and fetus.
Patient Concerns: Case 1 presented with fainting and lower abdominal discomfort, while Case 2 developed hypotension after delivery and remained in poor condition even after rehydration.
The differences in the objective, starting point, disease spectrum and interventions of acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trials at home and abroad are collected. By taking two articles of acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trials in foreign countries accepted by as example, the reasons are analyzed on the dual character of negative and positive results obtained in acupuncture-moxibustion trials of foreign countries. The therapeutic regimens in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trials in foreign countries are lack of TCM thinking, the manipulation of interventions have not displayed the basic principle of TCM in treatment of diseases, which is separated the theory from the practice in treatment with Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture-moxibustion.

Objectives: To study the value of serum miR-922 and miR-506 expression levels in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Methods: A total of 132 children with ALL (ALL group) and 80 healthy children (healthy control group) were prospectively selected in this study. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to measure the expression levels of serum miR-922 and miR-506 in both groups.

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of auricular point pressing combined with electroacupuncture (EA) on postoperative pain in children with hernia.
Methods: A total of 93 children with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into an auricular point group, an EA group and a combination group, 31 cases in each group. All the three groups were treated with routine postoperative treatment and nursing, and analgesic and sedative drugs were used when necessary.
