A limited understanding of tendon cell biology in healthy and pathological conditions has impeded the development of effective treatments, necessitating in vitro biomimetic models for studying tendon events. We established a dynamic culture using fibrin scaffolds, bioengineered with tendon stem/progenitor cells (TSPCs) from healthy or diseased human biopsies and perfused with 20 ng/mL of human transforming growth factor-β1 for 21 days. Both cell types showed long-term viability and upregulated Scleraxis (SCX-A) and Tenomodulin (TNMD) gene expressions, indicating tenogenic activity.

In the current study, we aimed to analyze data from a large cohort of MCI (n = 188) by principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA) to classify patients into distinct groups based on their comorbidity profile and to predict the risk of conversion to dementia.

Background: Telerehabilitation (TR) offers a valuable opportunity to improve access to care and has shown results comparable to onsite rehabilitation (SR) across different conditions. Patients And Methods: Four patients exhibited overlapping neurological manifestations following SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination: radiculitis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and MRI-negative myelitis, respectively, sharing positivity for anti-ACE2 antibodies.
