Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in the world. Treatment methods are listed as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy, depending on the stage of cancer, but developing resistance to chemotherapy increases the need for alternative agents that act on the same pathways. The effects of rosmarinic acid (RA) and doxorubicin (DX) on the activation of FOXP3, an important tumor suppressor gene, in OVCAR3 cells were examined.

Background: Chronic wounds, including diabetic ulcers, posttraumatic ulcers, and pressure sores, present a significant challenge in healthcare due to their complex nature and resistance to conventional treatments. This retrospective observational study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of an ointment containing hyaluronic acid and collagenase in treating such wounds.
Methods: The study included 70 patients with various chronic wounds treated in our clinic from January 1, 2020, to October 1, 2023.

Objectives: The aim of the present study was to determine the prevalence and risk factors of allergic diseases in preschool children from one of the biggest cities in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey.
Methods: The study population included 396 preschool children attending to urban daycare centres in Mersin. In the first stage, a comprehensive standardised questionnaire modified from the International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood (ISAAC) was employed.
