Current guidelines recommend adding long-acting muscarinic antagonists (LAMAs) in patients with uncontrolled asthma, despite the use of moderate to high doses of inhaled steroid-long-acting beta agonists (ICS/LABA). This study aims to analyze the factors related to the prescription of add-on LAMA in clinical practice for asthma patients, shedding light on physicians' preferences. This study included adult asthma patients on add-on LAMA and ICS/LABA monitored for at least one year in a national registry comprising 2053 asthmatics.

Exploring graphene's impact on graphite/PANI matrix composites: high-pressure fabrication and enhanced thermal-electrical properties.

This study investigates the effects of the graphene content and applied pressure on the electrical and thermal conductivities of graphite/polyaniline (GP) and graphite/graphene/polyaniline (GGP) composites produced direct mixing method. Based on the electrical and thermal conductivity results, 14 wt% graphene content was found to be the crucial threshold, beyond which extra graphene additions exhibited different behaviors in pressed and unpressed samples. While the electrical conductivity of the unpressed samples increased up to 14 wt% graphene addition, the thermal conductivity increased further after 14 wt% graphene addition.

Background: Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) is a viral haemorrhagic fever with a case fatality rate of 5-25% that has been prioritised for research and development by the World Health Organisation. Role of intravenous vitamin C on outcomes in hospitalized patients with moderate or severe COVID-19: a real life data of Turkish patients.

Method: We conducted a single-center and retrospective study including patients with COVID-19 diagnosis who were hospitalized.
