Methods of nivolumab administration in advanced melanoma: A comparison of patients' clinical outcomes treated with flat dose or weight-adjusted dose, a multicenter observational study.

Background: Nivolumab obtained approval in advanced melanoma (AM) with weight-adjusted dose (WAD) administration (3 mg/kg/2 weeks). In 2018, the dosage regimen was changed to flat dose (FD) administration (240 mg/2 weeks or 480 mg/4 weeks) based on a modeling study, without clinical data.

Methods: AM patients have been prospectively included in the French national multicenter MelBase database since 2013.

Several high-quality, randomized, sham-controlled trials have provided evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency, ultrasound and alcohol catheter-based renal denervation (RDN) for reducing blood pressure (BP). A French clinical consensus document has therefore been developed to propose guidance for the appropriate use of RDN in the management of hypertension along with a dedicated care pathway and management strategy. Printed resin components that will be in contact with the oral mucosa must meet biocompatibility requirements in accordance with current standards for medical devices. Despite such approvals being obtained by the manufacturer, the dentist remains responsible for following the manufacturer recommendations.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common inflammatory diseases, and has a higher prevalence among females in adulthood. The aim of this observational, cross-sectional, survey-based study was to evaluate the impact of AD on the daily lives of adult women patients. Biweekly vs Triweekly Cabazitaxel in Older Patients With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer: The CABASTY Phase 3 Randomized Clinical Trial.

Importance: Many patients 65 years or older with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) are denied taxane chemotherapy because this treatment is considered unsuitable.

Objective: To determine whether biweekly cabazitaxel (CBZ), 16 mg/m2 (biweekly CBZ16), plus prophylactic granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) at each cycle reduces the risk of grade 3 or higher neutropenia and/or neutropenic complications (eg, febrile neutropenia, neutropenic infection, or sepsis) compared with triweekly CBZ, 25 mg/m2 (triweekly CBZ25), plus G-CSF (standard regimen).

Background: A French intersociety consensus on behalf the Société Française de Médecine Vasculaire and the Société de Chirurgie Vasculaire et Endovasculaire was proposed in 2021 for the management of patients with lower extremity peripheral artery disease (LEAD). Recent studies have been published and an update of this consensus about the management of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLc) and hypertriglyceridemia was required.

Recently, a craniometry-based predictive model comparing OVD with eye-ear distance (EED) was developed in Chile. However, this study included a specific population and excluded patients with a history of orthodontics.

Digital optimization of teeth setup in an edentulous patient with partial glossectomy: A case report.

The purpose of this clinical report was to describe the use of a piezographic impression associated with computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) for teeth setup and of digital tools for neuro-musculo-kinetic analyses. An edentulous patient with hemiglossectomy and heavily resorbed mandible consulted for complete denture rehabilitation to improve their masticatory function and speech. Master casts, wax rims, and piezographic impression were scanned for digital prosthetic work.
