Purpose: The human capital in banks is an invaluable asset towards driving innovation and customer success and providing an edge over the competition. However, post-COVID-19 pandemic, rapid adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Indian banks has increased employee technostress, resulting in adverse job outcomes. This study merges perspectives from psychology, information technology, and organisational behaviour to explore the impact of technostress and leader-member exchange (LMX) on innovative work behaviour (IWB), demonstrating the necessity of a cross-disciplinary approach to address contemporary workplace challenges.

The recent oil resource shortage has prompted the development of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system. PEMFC is a possible source of power that can be used in aircraft, household electricity, agriculture, fishing, motor vehicles, ships, submarines, bicycles, and other portable power systems in the future. This paper emphasizes the production of lightweight bipolar plates to solve several existing problems in the PEMFC system, including weight, cost, and integration.

Distributions of scores from Taylor's 1953 Manifest Anxiety Scale administered to 295 men and 361 women, selected from the 1052 participating students, were presented in graphic form. Means were higher than those reported by Taylor and gender differences were found. Pictorial views of the polygons for both the current freshman data and those for Taylor were similar, including the positive skewness.
