Encapsulated apocrine papilloma of the breast without myoepithelial cell markers is a rare occurrence. For its diagnosis, histopathological examination shows encapsulated apocrine papilloma lacking myoepithelial cell markers. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first documented case of an encapsulated apocrine papilloma entirely devoid of myoepithelial cell markers.

The finding of gastric metachronous metastasis, several years after the diagnosis of primary lung large cell carcinoma is rare and incidental. Even more extremely rare is the finding of a synchronous primary pancreas cancer. EUS-FNA with immunohistochemistry is useful for diagnosing metastatic lesions and differentiating those from synchronous primary lesions.

Gastric plication is not a complication-free procedure. Herein, we present the first known case of gastric plication complicated by herniation of the gastric fundus into the chest cavity through the esophageal hiatus complicated by strangulation, necrosis, abscess formation, and communication between the gastric lumen and the left lung.
