Blood flow produces shear stress exerted on the endothelial layer of the vessels. Spatial characterization of the endothelial proteome is required to uncover the mechanisms of endothelial activation by shear stress, as blood flow varies in the vasculature. After administration of sugammadex, a 47-year-old man developed prolonged, refractory anaphylactic shock, with anuria due to acute kidney injury.

Methods: The RISE study consisted of two treatment stages: a 12-week, open-label stabilisation phase with oral risperidone (stage 1), and an open-ended, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, relapse-prevention phase with subcutaneous TV-46000 (stage 2) done at 69 clinical sites across the USA and Bulgaria.
