Objective: Aim: To investigate the periodontal protective properties of the developed therapeutic and prophylactic complex in terms of pro- and antiradical protection system on an experimental toxic calcium-deficiency model of periodontitis under noise and cold stress.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: Calcium-deficiency toxicity was modelled in animals with the addition of noise and cold stress. The effect of the developed therapeutic and prophylactic complex consisting of the oral gel and the food supplement on the indicators of pro- and antioxidant protection in the blood and periodontal tissues of rats was studied.
Background: Metabolic Syndrome (MS) is a widespread pathological condition, a group of interconnected metabolic disorders that contribute to the development of a number of severe noncommunicable diseases. Natural mineral waters of various compositions are widely used in the correction of MS. Their biological activity and specificity of action is associated with the presence of specific components (micronutrients, biologically active substances).

Introduction: The urgency of the issue is determined by the value of the stress impact of environmental conditions on workers of the operator personnel contingent, because the deterioration of their health and well-being is a factor in dangerous situations. However, the search for early diagnostic markers forming diseases, with a view to their prevention, is still a challenge. The aim was to establish the most important (among studied) pathogenetic factors of status of regulatory mechanisms of adaptation of individuals with a high level of psychoemotional load that is conditional upon profession.
