Traditional TRT involves extensive in-person sessions, whereas mobile-based TRT employs interactive applications for weekly video counseling.

Introduction: Oral diseases are a major global health challenge, posing health and economic burdens that have profound impacts on the quality of life, disproportionately affecting marginalized populations such as tribal communities. Among scheduled tribes in India, the Irula community belongs to one of the tribes most vulnerable by poor access to health care and education. Classical Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (cEDS), the second most common type, is characterised by skin hyperextensibility, atrophic scars and joint hypermobility, primarily due to mutations in COL5A1 and COL5A2 genes. We report a case of an infant with severe cEDS presenting with motor developmental delay, joint hyperextensibility and cranio-cervical instability.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are a predominant health concern globally, emphasizing the need for advanced diagnostic techniques. In our research, we present an avant-garde methodology that synergistically integrates ECG readings and retinal fundus images to facilitate the early disease tagging as well as triaging of the CVDs in the order of disease priority. Recognizing the intricate vascular network of the retina as a reflection of the cardiovascular system, alongwith the dynamic cardiac insights from ECG, we sought to provide a holistic diagnostic perspective.

This research delves into the association of Kisspeptin and the KISS gene (rs35431622) single nucleotide polymorphism with circulating sex hormones and semen parameters in males diagnosed with infertility. Eighty male participants were recruited from fertility clinic, were divided into two groups: Group A, characterized by normal sperm count and Group B, exhibiting low count. Introduction: Several adverse drug reactions (ADRs) go unreported within a healthcare setting despite the risks they cause. We therefore decided to conduct this study in order to recognize the obstacles that hinder the healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a tertiary care hospital in Kattankulathur, Tamil Nadu from reporting ADRs and what strategies ought to be implemented.

Methods: We carried out a cross-sectional study among the HCPs such as doctors, pharmacists and nurses within our institution.
