Objective: The purpose is to establish a model to predict endometrial carcinoma and assess its value in the preliminary diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.
Methods: The data of 381 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were incorporated into the model, including 282 cases in the training cohort and 99 cases in the validation cohort. Significant morphological indexes were selected using the chi-square test and subjected to the binary logistic regression analysis.

Background: Over the past few years, there have been many reports on the abnormal expression and functional relevance of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in tumors. The role played by lncRNAs in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) remains poorly understood, however the goal of the present work was to study molecular mechanisms that underlie involvement of prostate androgen-regulated transcript 1 () lncRNA in EOC development.
Methods: A total of 25 tumor and 17 normal specimens were obtained from women undergoing surgery between 2015 and 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital, Nanjing Medical University.

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical outcomes for arthroscopic treatment of acute posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) avulsion fractures with adjustable-loop cortical button fixation device.
Methods: Patients with PCL tibial avulsion fractures treated with an adjustable-loop cortical button fixation device between October 2019 and October 2020 were retrospectively identified. Patients with type 1 were treated using plaster fixation as a conservative treatment, whereas patients with type 2 and 3 with displacement were treated using an arthroscopic adjustable-loop cortical button.

Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) is currently the standard first-line therapy for EGFR-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The life quality and survival of this subgroup of patients were constantly improving owing to the continuous iteration and optimization of EGFR-TKI. Osimertinib, an oral, third-generation, irreversible EGFR-TKI, was initially approved for the treatment of NSCLC patients carrying EGFR T790M mutations, and has currently become the dominant first-line targeted therapy for most EGFR mutant lung cancer.

Previously, we reported that Interleukin-22 (IL-22) was independently associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease, and could protect endothelial cells from glucose- and lysophosphatidylcholine-induced injury. Purpose: Complete detachment of the medial collateral ligament (MCL) may occur during medial release of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in patients with severe varus knee osteoarthritis. This study was to determine functional and stability outcomes of repaired knee with complete detachment of MCL compared to those of contralateral nondetached MCL in patients with bilateral TKA.
Methods: Records of 1052 consecutive knees undergoing bilateral TKA from 2003 to 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.
